2023.02.01

#VOL.02 #Research report

People have diverse values, and in the workplace, each person has their own position and way of thinking. Moreover, differences in environment and culture between Japanese and foreigners naturally lead to different perspectives. That's why it's important to consider things from the other person's point of view, rather than having a one-sided "view." We will look at the "true feelings" of each person based on the results of a survey conducted by JAC.

Period: September 30th - November 2nd, 2022
subject: JAC supporting members and companies registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism system (5,604 companies)
Method: Internet and email survey (multiple-choice format)
Number of answers: 1,315 foreign workers; 1,585 Host Companies.
